• Quicker “draw” payments - Because the house is blacked-in (plus insulated) faster, the builder can expect to receive his draw payments earlier than conventional wood framing.

• Electrical wiring time is reduced - Our panels contain a 2” x 2” wiring chase along the interior length of each panel, eliminating the need for drilling wiring holes in each stud.

• No sheathing, insulation, or vapor barrier needed – Our panels are the insulation and vapor barrier, saving the builder time and money.

• Warping and contraction eliminated – Nail pops, sheetrock cracks, and warping of wall studs and flooring joists are eliminated.
